Saturday, July 17th, the W.S.Y.S.A. is holding the 24th annual Gilbert E.Doe, Sr. and Kenneth L. Mattoon, Sr. Memorial Golf Tournament at Westover C.C. This year’s event will honor retired board member Paul Klorer.
On April 3rd and 4th, the WSYSA completed another successful flower sale! Thanks to Skips Outdoor accents for supplying the shed, and Paul’s machine shop for letting us use the location. Special thanks goes out to all of yuo who stopped by to purchase flowers and in the process make a donation to help fund youth sports in West Springfield!

The West Springfield Youth Sports Association is an organization dedicated to raising funds for both girls and boys sports in West Springfield. We are a private nonprofit organization
comprised entirely of volunteers. Since its creation in 1987, the W.S.Y.S.A. has donated more than $237,500 to replace damaged or unsafe equipment, improve facilities and playgrounds, install scoreboards, and help defray the cost of referees/officials. In addition, the organization funds academic scholarships to be awarded annually to West Springfield residents.
Now, more than ever, the W.S.Y.S.A. needs your support. Given the conditions of state and local budgets, less financial support will be given to recreational spending. Organizations across West Springfield will continue to turn to the W.S.Y.S.A. for assistance to keep these quality programs safe and viable. We need your help!
